Terms of Service
Last updated: October 3, 2026
1. Who we are
WebNewBee is operated by RKP Atlantic Business Services, a trading name of 687441 NB Inc., New Brunswick, Canada. In these terms, “we” means us and “you” means the person or business that signs up.
2. What you get
A website you build with our AI website builder, hosting for it, a secure (https) address, and, when you use your own domain, up to 3 email addresses. You can start on a free address like yourname.webnewbee.page or connect a domain you already own.
3. Price and taxes
The plan costs CA$6.99 a month plus GST/HST for your province. You pay the first month when you sign up, then once a month on the same day, until you cancel. If we ever change the price, we email you at least 30 days before it applies, and you can cancel before then.
4. If a payment fails
We email you and try again 1, 3 and 7 days later. Each email has a link to update your card. If the last try fails, we pause your site and email. Nothing is deleted: update your card and everything comes back within minutes.
5. Cancelling
Cancel anytime from your dashboard in two clicks. Your site and email keep working until the end of the month you paid for. See our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
6. Your content
Your words, photos, logo and email belong to you. You give us permission to store, copy and show them only so we can run your site and email. You are responsible for what you publish and must have the right to use it.
7. The AI builder
The builder writes only from what you tell it, but it can still get things wrong. Read your site before you publish it. You are responsible for checking facts such as prices, hours and licences.
8. Your domain
If you connect a domain you already own, it stays registered where it is and you keep paying your registrar for it. Your account must point it to us with the DNS records we show you.
9. Rules for using WebNewBee
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. No phishing, spam, malware or illegal content. If you break it, we can suspend or close your account, sometimes without notice when people are at risk.
10. Availability
We work to keep your site and email running and backed up, but we can’t promise they will never be down. Keep your own copy of anything you can’t afford to lose.
11. After your plan ends
When your plan ends, your site shows a neutral “not available” page and your mailboxes stop receiving mail. We keep your site and email for at least 30 days so you can come back; after that we may delete them.
12. Limits of our responsibility
As far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem, and we are not responsible for lost profits or business. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer protection law.
13. Changes and law
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we email you before the change applies. These terms are governed by the laws of New Brunswick and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
