Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancel anytime, online

Log in, open Billing on your dashboard, click “Cancel my plan” and confirm. That’s it: no phone call, no form, no waiting. You get an email confirming it.

2. What happens next

You are not charged again. Your site and email keep working until the end of the month you already paid for. Changed your mind before then? Click “Keep my plan” and nothing changes.

3. Refunds

We don’t refund partial months: when you cancel, you keep the service until the end of the month you paid for instead. If we charged you by mistake (for example twice for the same month), write to us and we refund the mistake in full.

4. Your domain

A domain you own elsewhere stays yours. Point it somewhere else whenever you like.

5. Taking your content with you

Before your plan ends, you can download your email with any mail app (IMAP). Write to us if you want a copy of your site files.
